Whats wrong with me

I have had cysts and pain for the last year, that comes and goes but I am always in pain. I bleed every single time me and my husband have intercourse which has only been for the last year. We never had that problem before. Any way my OB/GYN is not helpful at all I have had several sonos which she has never told me anything really. Tomorrow I am finally going into a different OB/GYN's office, but I just want other opinnions since I have no clue what is wrong with me.

Here is what my sono notes say from september 2010:
Uterus appears homogeneous and anteverted, Endometrium appears thin,
2.6 x 2.4 x 2.5 x CM hemorrhagic cyst seen on right ovary, no internal blood flow seen. Left ovary appears WNL

Here is my follow up in November 2010:
There is no evidence of hemorrhagic cyst today.
There is small follicles noted bilaterally and they appear to fill both ovaries. Diffult to see normal ovarian stroma

What do you think that all means?

Thank you, I went to my appointment this morning the doctor was very nice and informative. He told me I have polycystic Ovaries and he is testing my blood to see if I am diabetic basically, I guess he said there is a correlation between the two. Also he did a pap on me to see if it is abnormal since I have been bleeding after intercourse. Also he talking off of the pill I have been on and putting me on Depo Provera. I am not sure if it will help but I hope so, he said it shut down my ovaries so I dont produce the small cyst, so I wont have so much pain.
I dont think I am diabetic, and I didnt ask what he was going to do for me if I am. But I know I wasnt with my two pregnacys which was over three years ago.
Hope this doctor fixes all my problems :)

I'm sorry you have to go through all of this pain.  It really stinks when we are in such pain and get no answers.  I think you are very wise to seek another opinion.  Your previous Ob should have at least told you what was going on.  I'm not really sure what your follow up means.  Make sure that you write down all of your questions so that you do not forget what you want to ask.  I pray that you get some answers you need and you get some pain relief!!
