cyst development even after laproscopy

I am 26 year old married for last 1 year. Some 2 years back  I had suffered from abdominal tuberculosis. I was on AKT Treatment for almost 2 years. Later on it was discovered that I also have bilateral ovarian cyst. My CA 125 which showed very level at beginning has now come to normal level.
In August, 2008 I have undergone laparoscopy for pelvic endometriosis with bilateral ovarian cyst.I have a left tubnal block too.  I am trying for pregnancy since my marriage. I have been kept under follicular studies for last 2 month. This time I had a development of right follicle which were indicating a good sign for my being pregnant. But to my utter dismay, it turned out to be a follicular cyst.

Plz suggest what should I do?…I am under pressure for starting my family now .I don’t understand that even after laparoscopy  why there is a development of cyst. Either doctor has not done her right job or its time to consult another gynecologist.

Thanks Sandy for the Information.
My in-laws want us to start with the family n infact during initial stage of TB, docter suggested me to go for family planning immediately.
Its actually painful to undergo Follicular studies cycle every month.

Hi,
Just having a laparoscopic procedure doesn't guarantee that you'll never have another cyst.  Cysts are many times the "by product" of ovulation. Many women have many cysts during their lifetimes. Many times also, these cysts simply disappear on their own. Other times, they need to be removed. .
Unfortunately, sometimes the "treatment" for avoiding cysts is taking Birth Control pills.. no ovulation... no cyst forumation. However, with your situation that wouldn't really be a good idea since you're trying to conceive.
Unless the cyst that is there now, was there in August, there really is no reason to blame your Dr. It simply could be a "new" cyst"..Check out the "Health Pages" at the top right of this page.. It will explain a lot about cysts..
May I ask,(although I do realize it isn't any of my business, but I'm curious), why you are under "pressure" to begin a family..? In any event, a call to your Dr. or even seek a second opinion if it will ease your mind.

Let us know,
Sandy
