Her Right Leg is become numbness (lack of sensation) while sleeping in night. Before three months ago, she feels pain in lower abdomen but now there is neither pain in abdomen nor numbness of leg. She is also using Multi-Vitamin + Mineral and Folic Acid 5 mg. What is cure for removal of cystic lesion of such size, please advice her. Now, we have planned not to conceive until and unless she becomes normal and healthy.

What should she do for her treatment?

Hi there.  Sorry you are having a hard time.  Take a look at the health pages for this site and you will see one on types of cysts.  Did you get any info on the types from your ultrasounds?  Treatment really depends on your age, whether you are pre or post menopausal, the type of cyst, your results of a CA-125 blood test, and whether you have had previous surgeries or not.  If you are pre-menopausal and you have fluid filled functional cysts they may just wait and see if they disappear on their own or they might put you on birth control pills.  Otherwise they may take a view of the cysts via a laparoscope to see what is happening and in many cases they can remove the cysts through the scope.  You really  need to meet with your gyn and get referred to a gyn/oncologist (not that you have cancer but they are better trained for this).  Please ask for something to help with the pain in the mean time.

Keep us update and hope all goes well.
