ovarian cyst again?

I have been dealing with cyst in my ovaries for the last 2 1/2 years.  In november 2008 I had a laparoscopy done to drained an ovarian cyst from my left ovary.  By January of 2009 I had cysts in my ovaries again.  I took birth control pills, and depo provera shots to try to shrink the cyst and nothing worked.  In July 2009 I had my left ovary and tube removed.  Now, just two months after my surgery I'm have pain in the lower, right side of my pelvis.  I'm very frustated, I don't know if I should see my GYN or see my family doctor in regards of this new pain I'm having.  should I wait a little bit longer, since I just had surgery done two months ago.  I really don't know what to do.  I don't want to wait either and deal with pain again.  Can cyst form this quick, and if they do should I go and see my doctor.  In the past taking birth control pills didn't help to reduce the cyst, I don't know what else can my doctor do, except remove my remaining ovary.

Unfortunately a cyst can grow that fast.  Best to get it checked out.  Good luck.
