ovarian cyst?

Can anyone tell me what a normal, healthy ovary is supposed to look like on ultrasound?  I had a pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound and during the transvaginal I saw the tech putting arrows around some places that I thought were my ovaries, but now I think they might have been cysts.  They were extremely black spots compared to the rest of the screen (I think it's called anechogenic).  One was a very big, round-ish in shape black spot and the other was a big, oblong black spot.  The rest of the screen looked almost "static-y."  I'm curious and I don't see my doctor for another week.  I'm not worried or anything, just more curious what an ovary should look like.
Thanks!

I think the best thing would be for you to google for pictures of ovaries.  It does sound like they found a cyst with some solid matter.  There is some good info on types of cysts and symptoms on the health pages (top right) and do remember that over 95% are benign.  Good luck.
