test results in, need advice

Hi all: I had my CA antigen 125 and CEA test done the other day, results back, the CA125 came out at 13.2, standard range is below 35; the CEA came back at 0.5, standard range is 0.0-2.5. So according to these (barring any false test results), I'm ok there?

I am into menopause by around a year, last period was around a year ago. I'm 56, almost 57. My periods were always heavy and hard all those years. Last year, because I had some light bleeding that was not regular, my GYN at the time was concerned about endo lining so this Janurary, I did a vaginal ultrasound and then an in-office biopsy. It was so painful that I bailed and the cells she got were inconclusive. At the time, the ultrasound showed a small cyst which they said "don't worry about." At that time, the right ovary cyst was 3.45, 2.28, 2.57, hard to tell from the paperwork but that's the area that was circled.
We changed medical groups in April and so the new GYN has done two more ultrasounds since then.

In May, the right ovary was covered almost by the cyst, the right ovary measured 3.2 by 2.2 by 2.7, no one took a measurement about how much the ovary was covered, what percentage so we had another ultrasound done recently, this month, July. They said the right ovarian cyst is 3.2 by 2.5 by 2.9.

God only knows if this is growing as all 3 tests are not apples to apples. But we can conclude that maybe(?) it's a bit more, not sure.

Because I'm menopausal, the current GYN has suggested surgery to remove this ovary. I'm sitting here looking at these measurements, I'm looking at my recent blood work and I'm not really looking at any symptoms that I know of unless going to the bathroom is a symptom of ovarian cancer and I know it is. I've been doing that for years! I don't have swelling of the ab, nausa or heartburn, loss of appetite, pelvic pain, constipation, bloating which is the list of symptoms in my ovarian cancer brochure. We had a car accident in February and probably the last year or so, I've had an occasional pull on my right side that is an ouchy, I have a gallstone somewhere around there and also the Chriopractor says that I have a sacral thing nearby that could be causing this too. It is intermittent. And we are watching the gallstone, it's not large enough to take out yet per the Doctor. I did have an ab ultrasound outside my tummy a couple months ago to rule out organ problems and don't know what organs measured but those they looked at were normal.

I realize no one can make this decision for me and so I will take anything any of you share as your feedback only but I could sure use some education and feedback here.

I will do surgery if I have to but I am not sure I have to! If it's elective, taking the time off is difficult for me as well as having someone care for me and the household but again, if I have to do it, I don't mind. Thoughts?
