what is it?

Well im 17 years old, and I went for an ultrasound about 3 weeks ago after I was in pain for 3 months. I got my ultra sound results back and it got me wondering. I have a 7.2 x 6.4 x 6.4 cm complex cyst from in my right adnexa. Septations were noted within it, but no evidence of blood flow was noted.
Should I be worried?! Could it be cancerous? What should I do?

Most ovaries are nothing to be too concerned with.  I had a 10 cm complex cyst removed and it was benign like most cysts are.  The risk for cancer in younger girls like yourself and even me, is lower still.  Like I said, most of them are benign so try not to worry.  Your doctor will explain everything better

What does your Dr. think you should do? I'm sure he or she will be glad to advise you when he goes over the report with you. It isn't wise to try to interpret these results yourself.
