Introduction

Hi. I couldn't find a way to change my nickname, so I registered again--Flower12345...I was Rmml. I just want to introduce myself. I have had chronic neck/back pain for about ten years, caused by a car accident. I am in pain management and in physical therapy and both help me to function as much as I am able. Even with these things, I still have moderate pain and occasionally I have terrible flare-ups. That's pretty much it. I have been reading here for some times now, and I decided to start posting. I didn't post before because I get nervous using forums because of safety. Everyone here is very supportive! It's wonderful to see such a nice community.

I want to Welcome you also to the Pain Management Forum and join Sandee in letting you know that we are VERY glad that you decided to post on here. I'm sure that you realize from reading on here that there are NO Doctors just us CP (Chronic Pain) Patients that help each other with our experience and expertise on our own pain conditions.

I'm so sorry that you have to endure all of the pain that you have. We have others on here that have suffered in the same unfortunate way that you have by having their pain caused from an accident. I hope that you will share your story with us on here sometime.
Also, hope that you will join in and post ANYTIME!!!.....Sherry

Have you had a recent MRI with a specialist? Or Pet scan? I had to have a fusion and I suffer no ill results or pain. They put in a titanium plate and you can sleep sitting up....literaly. LOL Maybe its time to get bout of pain.
