Sometimes it radiates to my back, not always, kinds goes down toward the groin, and i have had alot of abdominal distention lately, and my stomache is staying hard, not a colicky kind of pain, somedays i just hurt all day, and the other day it was like cramping in my lower abd. area, then some burning feeling.  I am just waiting on the doctor to get back from vacation, he will be back on the 3rd and has made me an appointment.
Thank you, hope thats all it is, but i will let you know what they tell me.

Sounds like a kidney-stone. The symptoms you described are exactly what I feel when I get a stone.

The pain that you describe as "pressure under my rib cage"... is it more towards the back (your "flank")?

Nausea, general discomfort, flank pain, your side "aches", radiates to your groin. Really does sound like a kidney-stone, but the CT results will be key.

Does the pain feel "colicky" (ie: comes in waves)?
