I am done trying to get help everywhere I go I get turned down.
They woulldnt' even check to see if I was dyhydated. They didnt' check anything at all. They said I look like a drug seeker cause of all the drs I have been going too. I have went to 3 dentist, 1 PCP and 2 pain drs one that woudln't treat my pain and the other one is on vacation. They gave me 12 tramadol and said that was all they can do for me.
Like always I am so lost and still in pain. they didnt even brother to give me anything at the ER.
I won't even be able to eat cake with my daughter tomorrow or do anything with her. I tried to get them to give me fluids thru a IV and they wouldn't even do that. I am so weak I am having trouble walking i have lost so much weight this week, I can't sleep or eat. It won't be to long before I die since I can't eat.
So i am no better now then I was this morning, and what dr do I call now? No one cause no one freaking cares about me. I can die and they would say "good"

I was up again 5 times last night so I wasn't able to sleep. I wanted to lay down today to try to but it is my daughters birthday. I might just go lay in the family room for a bit til my husband gets home from work.
I take a 1 tramadol a hour before I know I am going to eat, just so I can eat alittle bit. I am still not able to eat much cause of the pain. I am afraid to take to many of the tramadols cause I know they won't lost long so I have only taking 3 so far.
This dr didn't say "come back if you get worse" she said "don't go to anymore drs unless it is your PCP or your pain dr or you will be red flagged" So I am now afraid to go to any other drs. So that leaves me to wait til my pain dr appt cause my PCP said just wait for your pain dr appt. I didn't tell them what drs I have been to they had the DEA list of the drs that given me pain meds. And the thing is there was only 2 drs on that list. And I go to to many drs? I don't understand that at all. I have went to other drs and they haven't gave me pain meds and I didn't ask for them at all. I am not one to come out and ask for meds if they offer to give me some then that is fine and if I am in pain I will take them but I never ask for meds. All I wanted yesterday was fluids never asked for meds. I was just hoping to get some fluids in my system so I could feel better today for my daughters birthday.
I found some promethazine 25mgs I got back in march it is for nausea. I have 8 of them and they have helped with the nausea thank goodness cause I need all the help I can get.
I am doing the best I can, that is all I can do. I am eating alittle and trying to get back to normal but I know it won't last long and I will be right back to the state I was in yesterday but I am hoping to delay that as much as I can cause I really don't want to be that sick again.

I am stunned by the things the doctor said to you.  I can't believe he told a patient they would be red flagged.    And they almost always say, "If your symptoms change or get worse, don't hesitate to come back."  I'm really hoping you'll go to the other ER, even if it's a drive.  I can't imagine you'd have the bad luck to run into a similar situation there.  Hopefully there will be someone on duty that has some common sense.

It's great you're eating and drinking a bit.  Even if it's only a little, that's still terrific.  Just eat whatever will stay down and whatever appeals to you.  I can't imagine how badly your feeling right now.  Between the pain, not eating and not sleeping right, I'd be out of my mind.

Jamie, please consider going to the other ER.  I think trying to hold on until your pain doctor comes back is too much for you (or anyone for that matter!)

Jamie, I just have to reiterate what everyone else said. You actually called it with that.  I know on thing Jamie, there is NO way I would pay that ER bill.  That dr. was downright terrible to you, she actually mentioned "redflagging" you?  Really?  That's pretty bold, but at least she gave you a few tramdal and if you take it sparingly it will last for a few days,but I would not pay for that er appointment.  Call your sister in law and see if she can help you.  By the time the 20th comes, your going to be like, I'm fine I don't need anything from anyone, you've waited so long (Of course I'm kidding) but your half way there.  Just keep thinking about that!  I'm proud of you!!!!

Thats a good idea too but I don't think she could she works all the time, I think she has like 2 jobs now and both are full time. So between them and her 3 kids life is hard right now. My husband will be going with me to my appt so I am hoping that will be enough. There should be no reason for my PMP not to start treatment on me that day if he says he won't I will have a heart attack right then and there.

You know, Jamie -  Maybe you could also ask her to come  with you to your next appointment, where ever it is.... She can be your support and has the medical background to ask the right questions AND make sure you are treated properly.

Yep my sister inlaw lives in the same town as we do. They are out of state right now for baseball and won't be back til Monday so I can ask her. she works at a big hosptial and it is like in the top 5 hosptials in my state so she would know some drs, I have never thought about that so thank you for bringing it up.
