Too much anal issues. HELP! Very painful!

i am a 19 male that is dealing with a lot of problems. I have some discharge from my anus, itchiness,a lot of pain(especially when i poop), white flake-like stuff surrounding the hole and in the hole,  and i have a lot of pimple looking stuff on the lining of the anus. The anus is very sore. And some bumps are red and some are just my skin color.  It makes it very hard to clean my anus.I'm really worried. It seems like there is to much stuff going on at once. Please help me.

Well, there is the possibility of it being an infection- a GI doctor should be able to diagnose and prescribe the proper course of treatment for whatever it may be & I encourage you to set up that appointment.

Hemorrhoids (distended blood vessels) can be on the inside where you won't see them.  They can cause both itchiness and pain.

But you mention a discharge- if it is not blood, there's a possibility you may have an anal infection, which can cause itchiness and discharge.

You should see your doctor to get proper diagnosis and treatment.

It sounds like you could have hemorrhoids. Go see your doctor, he/she will be able to diagnose easily if it is hemorrhoids.
