Hi Mrfishbone1978.
Welcome to the forum.
Frequent Anger is a risk factor for cardiovascular disease, rated higher than smoking.
Even in isolated events, during two hours after an angry outburst, the risk of a heart attack more than doubles.
I suggest you see a cardiologist for a proper assessment.
And also to consider Anger management therapy, not just for reducing
the heart disease risk, but for ensuring a better quality life in general,
and more enjoyable relations with the people in your life.
Take care.
Niko
Sounds like angina to me.
