It depends on what medications your PM doctor is prescribing you. If your getting narcotics and did not tell your PM doctor that your PCP gave you the tramadol then you may be discharged. Did you sign a contract with your PM doctor?
You should have told your PM doctor about the tramadol when you received it or even before the test. How much did you take and how long had it been when you had the test done?
I hope you mentioned to your PM that you were taking the Tramadol that your PCP prescribed. Hopefully that should avoid any problems if it is detected in your bloodwork. If you didn't mention it before the testing, you could possibly have your PCP send a letter to your PM doc stating that they had given you the tramadol, when it was prescribed and what the dosing instructions were. this may help, but it's not a definite, as a lot of doctors don't like it when their patients receive medication from any other doctor other than themselves. It's also a safety concern - if you receive a medication from one doctor that your other doctor may not know about, there could be a possibility of an interaction between the medications. the pharmacy quite often can pick up on these possible interactions, but not all of them check for them and if you use different pharmacies for the different scripts, it wouldn't be detected at all.
Best of luck!
you'll be discharged
