Hi beth,
I'm wondering if perhaps you should make an appointment with
your family doctor to talk about your pain after your period.
As far as what vitamins to take or medicine to take, the best person
to decide this is your own family doctor. Your doctor knows your
medical history and she or he can help you best. Good luck. Eve
Depends on if this is new, random out of the blue pain with your periods.
There could be many reasons such as a functional cyst bursting which happens every month during ovulation but you don't usually feel it unless it gets a bit bigger.
It could be a sign of Endometriosis if your periods are heavy, and there is extreme pain with menstruation as well as ovulation again this would depend on how long you have the pains for.
Aleve or advil can help with that kind of pain if it was something out of the blue.
