confused

A friend of mine used cocaine that was mixed with meth and had an incident to where they had to go to the hospital. The hospital took a urine sample maybe 2-3 hours within use and the records are saying that neither of the drugs were present. How is that? However, the presumptive test on just those two are saying yes. But still none detected, is the final results.

I'm sorry your friend is doing damage to their body with drugs that are illegal for good reasons.  It is not a correct way to deal with either physical or emotional pain.  Did the friend also get kidney function tests to see if they are working properly?

so what does this have to do with chronic pain? and does anybody want to start a revolution  in the management of pain---such as allowing the person in pain to make the final decision regarding their own treatment? If not------why?
