i have very itchy hands which started 2 days ago and this morning i have severe sharp lower left abdominal pain... ???

Runningmom is correct. Severe abdominal pain should always be medically investigated immediately. I hope you heeded her suggestion and sought medical care.

When ever you have any sort of severe abdominal pain, it should be looked at by your primary doctor. The itchy hands sounds like an allergic reaction. Good luck.
