lumber and hip pains

2-3 months ago I began having severe pains to my left knee and was given NASAID and began physiotherapy. The knee pains healed, but i developed bloating in the stomach, constipation, lower back pain and left hip pains which is  became very intense. about 2 weeks ago.  I saw the Dr. who gaved me Norgesic , Motrin and referred me to physio but the pains still persists, I find it very painful to bend over, get out of bed and out of a chair.  When I am sitting I feel  pain and burning in my left hip bone.  Sometimes I feel a burning in my left thigh whilst lying , sitting or standing or even walking.  As for walking i have severe pain in my left hip.  .  By the way physio is helping a little , but not the meds.  Please advice me as to a diuagnosis and possible treatment.
Thanks.

Have you noticed any other symtoms like painful cycles, BM's or problems urinating?
Is the pain in your hip in the outer hip joint or closer to your abdomen?
The bloating and constipation may be unrelated to the pain in your hips and back and be joint problems.
But abdominal problems can also commonly cause pain in your hips, thighs and lower back. Everything is so close in your abdominal cavity that a problem can sometimes be hard to identify at first.
Do your hips hurt when you move your joints?

You may want to start of with an app to see your obgyn. Symptoms of intestinal problems and gyno problems can be very similar.
Your gyno may want to give you an ultra sound and internal exam to check you out and then refer you to a gastro to have some other tests done.
I have abdominal pain and bloating which effects my hips, upper thighs and lower back.
But you defenitly should get it checked out professionally.

I have researched your symptoms and it could be a bowel problem, it seems it can cause pain in your hips and even down to your thighs in some cases. I also think it could be your joints as your joints seem to be involved too. What test have been done? Have you had a full work up? I wish I could offer you more but I will keep looking into it and get back to you:)
