pain in the right side of lower abdeomen and back

My wife (age: 34) is feeling pain from a week in her right side of back which extends to front right side of abdeomen.. The pain increase when she moves. Kindly suggest the possiblities other than muscular simple pain e.g., kidney stones. She is also having cough and throat pain from three days. She used Tylenol tablets for cough and throat pain which also relives back pain temporarily..

It could be an infection or inflammation of an internal organ.  Kidney or appendix are most probable.  If the pain gets worse, or doesn't resolve itself in a week, see a doctor.
