I agree with the others. You must go to the ER doctor immediatly. It's better to be safe then sorry!
That's a good point. As an adhesion patient, I know that lower abdominal hardness along with stomach hardness can be an intestinal blockage. Something we adhesion patients are unhappily very aware of and of which we are constantly on guard.
But she doesn't say whether she's in any pain or running any fever. So I wouldn't want to diagnose this. Going to the ER as you suggested couldn't hurt.
A hard stomach is a signal to head for the emergency room immediately!
It may be nothing, but it is a hallmark of peritonitus.
I wouldn't even hazard guess on this one. My best advice to you is to see a doctor. It could be any number of things but you'd need a doctor to diagnose it. We are chronic pain patients on this forum, not doctors. But we do have a lot of smart people here. Someone may recognize your symptoms but in my experience, the possibilities are too numerous.
Please go see a doctor and let us know how you're doing. And try not to worry about it until the doctor diagnoses you.
