My granddaughter has been walking round the furniture and pulling herself up since 8 months old, she can stand unadaided for a considerable time , she walks with a pushalong toy very easily. My concern is that 1 of her feet is different to the other, when you manipulate them there is a lot of resistance to flexing in 1 foot only. When she walks with pushalong she is on tiptoe but noticeably more on 1 foot than the other. There is a significant difference in the way she uses her feet.
I know that most foot problems correct themselves , my worry is that it is 1 foot only and she will not be able to walk until she can voluntarily flex both feet rather than just 1. Is this something that will correct itself or should she be seeing a specialist?
thank you
