4 year old-belly ache, head ache, fever

My four year old has been having chronic abdonminal pain now for almost three weeks. When asked where is hurts she points to her belly button area. She has also been complaining of her head hurting and points to the area above her left and right eyebrow (close to her temples). For the past three nights now she has had a low grade fever (100.5, no higher). I have taken her to the doctors and her CBC was perfect and all other blood work they did good, no UTI, not anemic, liver and kidney function good. She had an abdominal xray done and showed she was backed up and they started her on Miralac every day. She has been pooping the whole time. She is playing like normal just everyonce in awhile she'll stop and sy her belly hurts or her head hurts. I'm concerned it is something else. can anyone help?

she was tested for that and does not have it.

she had the belly ache before taking the Miralax. since she is having two bm a day she is now off it.

She could be constipated, however my friends daughter seemed to go through the same thing and her child had celiac.  Maybe try taking out wheat and Dairy to see if things improve with the pain.

well most laxative meds can give tummy ache ...how long has she to take it , it may be aswell to ask the doctor can you stop the med to see if the pain goes away .
