delayed growth ,

Dear Doctor,
This is about my daughter, sheis 6 years old and measures 91.1 cms in length not the height she got her lenght measures because she have scoliosis. she weights 28 pounds. she had her GH stimulation test normal ,Blood GH level normal, and she is symptomatically having celiac, biopsy didnt confirm it though.she is on a gluten free diet because of her symptoms. Her MRI of piutitory shows its small in size, but i was told its functions are normal. eventually her endo started treating her with GH assuming she might be ISS. but then an alternative diagnosis of dysplacia was made by her geneticist ,   but could not categorize her what kind of dysplacia she had. blood tests were done to isolate any of the dyspalcaias, but all cameout normal. since a month into this possible diagnosis her growth hormone was stopped.meanwhile when she  was on GH she had  scoliosis  very much progress from nothing to a 30 degree and she is on a boston brace for that. she also seem to have mild slipped femoral epiphisis as well. but since the GH has been stopped for a month now she already gained a pound or more, her lean body mass while she was on GH is now going back to chubby face and tummy. endocrinologist was pretty sure when she ordered GH but now with a possible aternative diagnosis, she physically showing difference in fat deposit after stopping the GH ,puts me into lots of' IF' s and ' WHAT" s. Her ortho also thinks her changes in the hip could also be some metabolic disorders as well mimicing dysplacia. Now I am stuck not knowing which  direction to go.Basically its ultimately all upon me to figure  out what else should we be looking at rather that being stuck in a box and not thinking out side of it. Please advice. thankyou.
