6 year old with 335 alkaline phosphatase level, rash, vomiting, diarrhea

Friday, we went to Orlando (a 3/4 hr drive from hm), he didnt want to eat much and I knew something was wrong, at 3am he wakes up with his belly super big and hard and he is screaming for help, then he starts throwing up.  We take him to ER where he was still in pain, they put an IV on him, draw blood and ran some tests, in the meantime, he was releasing a lot of gas and his belly started going down. When the labs came back the dr didnt like the 335 alkaline phosphatase level and ordered a cat scan where he says there was liquid on his intestine and advise to take him to regular dr monday to re-do tests or evaluate the results, or if he continued with pain, vomitting or symptoms worsened to take him to ER.  Friday and Saturday all day throwing up, same deal with his belly, Sunday, a rash around his neck down his chest and back started developing and he only had 7up to drink because he is scared of eating anything, he went to sleep and as we got close to home he woke up of his stomach pain and vomitted again.  So I took him to the ER here and the dr comes in very rude telling me those numbers don't mean nothing and that he saw him walking and he was fine that he wasnt worried,, I was FURIOUS and I let him know of how unprofessional and lack of touch he had and ask the nurse to release him because I didnt want him to see my son, I dont know what to do,what soed this mean?  Is it bad? Where do I take him?

If you have your own Paedatrician go and see him ,if not go the your local Doctor and get him checked out, tell him when this all began, try to remember what he ate prior to the first episode , did anyone else get any sickness also is he or could he be allergic to any food , rerun in your mind what he did and what he ate.
