Eye Problem

hi My daughter has a continuous water flow from her right eye from her birth, she is now 3 yrs old. We had consulted a eye surgeon for the same. He advised Tobrex eye drop which we are using from past 2 years but the problem still persist. Please advise

Sounds like a blocked tear duct..ask the Doctor if its possible to open the tear duct there should be something they can do .We have an eye care forum if you put this question there the eye care Dr may have some information ...good luck
