Lupron shots for 11.9 year old girl

Hi Dr. Guy, I am in desperate need of advice. I have a 11.9 year old daughter who started breast budding at the age of 6 years and then pubic and underarm hair at age 9. This year when she was 11.5 years old she started her periods., which are pretty regular. I always thought that she had precocious puberty and addressed it with her pediatrician many times but she merely wrote it off saying it's common in today's world. The problem is since she has startd getting her periods she is not able to deal with emotionally. She seems down and depressed so we took her to an endocrinologist who Thank Goddness was willing to get her tested for Precxocious puberty. Almost all of the test results came back normal except for her bone age xray. The xray sowed her bone age to be advanced. Her bone was of a 13.5 year old. The Endo Dr. determined she might grow another 1 or 2 at most which would make her atmost 5ft 3in tall. We are not sure what to do. We explained it to our daughter and she is extremely distraught over it and wonders why nobody caught it sooner and helped her and says that uptil now she had to deal with the only one with breast and pubic hair and periods in her class and now would she will always have to live with being relatively short for the rest of her life. Please advice if the Lupron shots might help her at all. Please help and answer since the Dr. said that she has atmost about 6 months of growth left so time is of essence. Thanks!

Firstly I am not a Doctor I think your post has been transferred on to this forum ..to my knowledge the Lupron shots are discontinued at 12 year old so I would ask for a second opinion if it is too late .,as she will be 12 in 3 months time .,sounds like you could use some more information, if you go to the search engine there are many web sites focused on Bone age and precocious puberty..good luck
