My 12 year old son is in a wheelchair and its snowing alot here,  He started to develep sores on his heels and he says it itches alot.  I dont know if it might be winters  feet.  He gets physio three times a week

Chilblains ...they do go away cold irritates the feet especially the heels .combination of poor circulation and cold ,our circulation responds to temperature .No scratching, use calamine or witch hazel .Lasonel(Heparin) to improve circulation in that area .,woolen socks, massage to improve circulation .To avoid keep who;le body warm, does he get cold , layers of clothes .
