Smelly Urine

I am lost on the fact of rather or not my daughter has kidney failure, she doesn't display any of the signs, but for an 18 month old child her urine smells awful, and it is brown. i have tried given a lot of water, cranberry juice, but notthing has helped, what do I do now?

I would do this: collect her urine in a sterile container and took it to the doctor for analysis. Kidney infection can not be ignored at all...so you must do this  yesterday!!!!!!!!!!
Hope your doughter will be checked out by the best pediatrician.

Has she been seen by a doctor for this?

Do you mean "kidney infection" rather than "kidney failure"?   Kidney failure causes death.
