Hello my son keeps getting these bumps around his fingers and on his elbow they come and go but now they are just coming and coming they dont itch or hurt. I was trying to find  out what it could be .

Hi Joy there are many reasons this could be happening but just to be safe I would talk to your pediatrician . I was going to say Eczema but you said they dont itch . I would talk to Dr.  Good luck and please let me know what Dr. says :)
