fever with headache

my son 5 yrs. has a fever for more than 72 hours with headache and inflammed tonsils with dirreha. I give him augmentin and fevadol, his spirit is up and he walks around and interacts, do I have to worry about the fever and headache

it turned out to be the tonsils and though he has still fever, he's doing much better.

If it is a similar virus as the post below you it may come back , if he seems worse speak to the doctor, make sure he is hydrated and plenty of liquids .
