high temp

my 9 month old daughter has been having a high temp shes not coughing no runny nose and she hasnt had a wet nappy for the whole day when i give her some med for the temp it goes down but then it goes shooting back up

And as I said previously is she urinating okay  now ,any signs of dehydration , what is her appetite like, is she breast or bottle fed ?

My opinion is that you take her back to the doctor to find out more , I agree a high temp is worrying ,they do get them with teething..though.let us know how she is doing ..

she is teething but can the temp go up to 40 when they are teething  there are no other symptons are thats whats worrying me

Could she be teething? is she fussy ?

Has she any other symptoms? If she hasn't wet her diaper she may be dehydrated so give her pedialyte. fever is often fighting off infection..I think with the fever continuing you should take her to see the doctor.At nine months I expect she is teething sometimes they are unwell . Let us know how she is doing ..
