Hi, I am a psychotherapist and have a son who was treated for "sensory disintegration". This is one term used in reference to something called Autism Spectrum Disorders (Pervasive Developmental Disorders). I completely agree with Akbari. I would recommend you get on the net and look up the the above so that you can familiarize yourself with the disorders that fall on this Spectrum and then carefully make a clear list of all your son behaviors, reactions to noise, touch, clothing, transitions, people, etc. based on a time line and go to your pediatrician. You will be well armed with information. I would then ask for a recommendation to a specialist in this area who can appropriately assess your son and refer you to the services he needs. The sooner you and he get the services and supports the more successful he will be and the better you will be at taking care of his special needs. I wish you luck and hope that if this is accurate that your son falls on the milder end of the spectrum. This is a treatable disorder but will require you to be a strong and diligent advocate for your son.

hi, I'm an occupational therapist. according to your report, I think you should visit a child psychiatric to evaluate him. the symptoms are like autistic behavior. may be the strange behavior is related to sensory disintegration. running too much, interest in spining objects, being aggressive, ...
is he comfort in his clothes specially in warm and  winter clothes? or something like that?
according to the diagnosis you should visit an occupational therapist too in my idea.
wishes
