pea size bump under nipple

My 11 year old son has a pea size bump under his left nipple.   Should we worry?   What could it be?

does the bump move or is it stuck in place??

I just posted the same question about my 13-year old son.  His friend, who is 15, says he had it too and was told it was related to puberty and nothing to be concerned about.   But, like you, I am trying to find out for sure if I should get it checked out.
