Please get checked for h pylori, change your diet, do not skip meals!, and try be less anxious when people react to you because then the odor gets stronger. H pylori and halitosis is the cause. H pylori is #1 cause of stomach cancer. I suffer from PATM and I am h pylori positive. I also have stomach ulcer.

Hi, actually H.pylori is not responsible ...
I already had and my examination was negative.
And yet I continue with the symptoms of PATM people coughing and sneezing when I'm around or even far away.

Thanks for sharing. Did the test too and it was negative. Good thing is that we are eliminating possible causes so soon we will narrow down to a few possibilities.

I also tested negative, but was told the stool tests are 50/50 at best.  I want to get tested again but I’m so tired of running around to doctors who take me less than serious.  I’m trying to figure out the next step here. My patm is hanging in tuff

Get medication from doctor. Omeprazole, tetracycline. metronidazole, etc. Take it for a month. It should decrease the h pylori.
