If you do choose to try them track how many positives you get. A few days before O you should get a light line but technically negative and it should get darker (positive) and then when it gets lighter you ovulate. Some women with PCOS have naturally high LH levels which give a false positive but it will be obvious if you do, usually you have an obvious positive for a week or more with no variation in lightness, that's a false positive. get clear blue easy digital OPK's kind of pricey but they work with PCOS and fertility treatments!
