Ehhh you gotta be real careful about ovulation tests strips. For us with pcos, sometimes they can pick up a false reading. Some women have it says yes they are ovulating...meanwhile they really didn't. I'd say try them out, but don't pay to close mind to them. My advice....just BD any chance you get! Every other day is perfect.

Good luck!

If you do choose to try them track how many positives you get.  A few days before O you should get a light line but technically negative and it should get darker (positive) and then when it gets lighter you ovulate.  Some women with PCOS have naturally high LH levels which give a false positive but it will be obvious if you do, usually you have an obvious positive for a week or more with no variation in lightness, that's a false positive.  get clear blue easy digital OPK's kind of pricey but they work with PCOS and fertility treatments!  Good luck I'm here if you need anything :).
