I have Pecos and iam now 27 weeks preganant so sure I can have kids just take care of yourself and ur body.
Hi, I was diagnosed with PCOS at 17. I am now 34 and have 2 children. My PCOS was severe and I was told that conceiving naturally would be difficult. That information was correct however, I got a really great fertility expert and with his help, some meds and an ovarian diathermy I have 2 beautiful children. I am ok with having used meds and going through surgery and I am so grateful that they know so much about this syndrome and can help. It took a few years and at times was difficult but I wouldn't change it.
It will all be ok xxx
Yes Please get on the Pill to keep your period regular!
Go to the Gyno every year for blood work and your yearly visit!
There are chances you will be able to conceive without drugs (later in your life)
Not to scare you, I was also diagnosed young, did get on the pill at 16, kept up with my doc apt.
I will off the pill in 2006 to try to have a baby......fast forward 5 years and I am now 30 and still cannot conceive and drugs have not worked! I am also not back on the pill because years of being off and not having very many periods has caused me to have a thick uterine lining and a uterine polyp, which I have to have removed and biopsied (pre - cancerous)....Staying on the pill this whole time would have prevented me from this!
Stay on the pill so that when your ready (older) you can talk to your doc and he can do some blood work and other testing before you go off the pill!
Definitly to lots of research on PCOS and ways to help with symptoms!

hi hun im 22 i also have pcos i think its good youve found out at such a young age that you have pcos it is possible to get pregnant naturaly it just depends how bad your pcos is try taking folic acid to regulate your periods or see your doctor about putting you on the pill to help you have a period
you should research your condition a little bit more and find out specific things. and keep up with your gynocologist visits. WHEN THE TIME IS RIGHT! ask your doctor the next steps you should take.
