Are these symptoms to do with ovarian cysts

Hi,  I was wondering if someone could pls help me?  For the past 2 weeks I have been experiencing unusual stools.  At first they were creamy colour then they went to a more grey colour then they went to a greeny colour with green mucus in it and more recently I have been experiencing browny/orange with oil.  What could this be caused by?  They all appeared more narrower. They lasted between 1 and 5 days.  For the past two months I have experienced upper abdomen pain mainly in the right side and sometimes pangs of pain on the left side.  I am 27 years old and I am currently waiting to have two ovarian cysts removed one simple on left (7cm) and one complex on right (4.5cm), which have been there for over 3months  that were found whilst I miscarried.  Also when I miscarried they found my bilirubin level was pretty high and said that it was probably caused by gilberts syndrome. The other symptoms I am experiencing are; I have gained alot of extra weight on my belly by the end of the day I look 4months pregnant and it is a little tender and I have constant nausea.  Sorry this is so long.  Are my gastro symptoms to do with the ovarian cysts?  And do I need to bring these other symptoms up with my doctor?  Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanx.

I had a family member with liver issues.  Sounds the same as this.  Especially the strange stool colors, bloating.  And Bilirubin is a liver enzyme level.  I really think you should call the doctor sooner rather than later.  Are you jaundiced?  (Yellow noticeable in eyeballs, skin, etc.?)

When you say you look 4 mos. pregnant at the end of the day.. do you know what causes that specifically? Has a doctor ever been able to give you a clear answer on exactly what it is swelling up inside?
