How can I make my period stop?

I have PCOS and have been bleeding almost daily since 08-08-15. It can be very heavy at times (to the point that I have to use pull ups instead of pads). I do not have health insurance, so I cannot go to a regular OBGYN. My regular doctor put me on Metformin 2000mg a day. I also supplement with 4000mg of Inositol, 50mg Zinc, 800mg Magnesium, 500mg Vitamin C, and a B complex. I have only been taking these meds since December and have only just achieved the full dosage of the Metformin and Inositol. I believe it may be hormone related bleeding, but it is getting to be way to much.
