Is there really a difference with "Thin PCOS"??

I keep hearing this term and not quite sure if this even is really different than just regular old PCOS. I'm asking because I have heard....even from my endocrinologist, that it is harder to treat thin women with PCOS when it comes to TTC. Is this true, any experiences?

We are on the same boat. I am very slim but was diagnosed with pcos when i was 21. So its emotionally draining cos we are trying hard for a baby.

This is true, but the reasoning is super complicated. I have thin PCOS. I had to have ovarian drilling done before I was able to conceive. And even then I needed a cocktail of Femara and menopur plus a trigger shot to help it happen. Hope you don't have to go through all that. Good luck.
