PCOS and Pain

Hi, I'm new here and I already have a question! Actually, that's pretty much why I joined.
I have PCOS like probably everyone here, and so I thought I'd give a bit of background before just launching into my question:
I am 19 (20 in a little less then a month) and was diagnosed with PCOS shortly after my 18th birthday. So I've known now for about 2 years.
I hit puberty really early, bras by the time I was nine and I also had an early period; my first was when I was ten, and extremely heavy. However, I wasn't really all that surprised, since everything else came early. I had a few more periods sporadically over the next six months, but they became lighter and lighter and then just stopped. They didn't come back until the summer I was 13, where I had three back to back and they then, again vanished until my doctor prescribed birth control when I was 18 to regulate my periods.
Through all of this, I've had the usual symptoms: light cramping, tenderness, bloating, ect.
However, over the last about 1-2 months, I've had severe sharp pains that last sometimes up to an hour at a time. They are in my lower sides in the abdominal area, lower abdomen, and pelvic region. Even when the pain isn't apparent, I can no longer wear ANYTHING on my lower abdomen, not even a loose pair of jeans or even sweats. I have to keep EVERYTHING unbuttoned, or wear night gowns. I've had light spotting, but that's rare. When I have intercourse, it's a bit tender, so it has to be gentle, but it's not outright painful. Any ideas?! I'm hoping this is just a normal symptom that took a little while to crop up, but if it's not I'd like to get it checked out.

It sounds like you may have a cyst I had the same problems when i was 17 and now 23 so you may want to get it checked out cause cyst can be very dangrous depending where located if you aren't careful you may have to have a Hystoractomy it the cyst burst. I hope this helps if you need anything else you can send me a message.
