Spotting with Pcos

My sister was diagnosed with pcos at about my age. I have had some pretty significant scalp hair loss and spotting between periods. I went to the dr and she just kinda brushed off the fact that every month since my period returned from having my son  I have had spotting almost exactly 2 weeks after the first day of my last period.

My question is with anyone who has had spotting have you noticed it is always almost the exact amount of days post first day of period that you begin spotting?
