HI,
PCOS as well as stress can be the cause of delayed periods. Also pregnancy tests can be delayed positive and in women with PCOS a false positive pregnancy test is also possible. Hence to confirm a pregnancy you should take a blood test for beta HCG levels and an ultrasound scan. Consult your Doctor.
Hope this helps.
