Stuffy, blocked nose

Hi there ladies...

Just wondering...how many of have or are still suffering from a blocked/stuffy nose due to your pregnancy? I have had this since I found out I was pregnant and now its a daily struggle! Luckily I dont feel sick or anything...any advise?

I used saline solution in a netipot

Hydra Sense!!! Omg I could barely breathe and now I can thanks to that spray. Its a saline solution base and safe to use daily!!

Benedryl. Its honestly the only thing that has helped me. I cant do the humidifier because its already to darn humid where I am!

I had the same problem nd bloody noses, I would recommend a humidifier though it might help clear up sinuses.
