7 for me, all natural. You just have to stay calm.

Everyone's level of pain is different. Yeah it was painful but I was able to breath through it. Don't just think about what people say. Think  about you. You k ow yourself and you know how you deal with pain. Good luck.

I would say 10! I had no epidural and a natural birth and it hurtttttt!! Not trying to scare anyone but its painful
