ate hot dogs for lunch!!! feel guilty

I know you not supposed to eat hot dogs and some pregnant girls still do . Once in a blue isn't bad I know lol but I haven't ate hot dogs for so long the last time I ate it was at the beginning of the pregnancy . I ate 3 I feel so bad lol I should of only ate 1 but they where so good and I had so long without eating one lol forgive me god lol

lol never had the bmt!! I literally don't think I've had anything other than a cold cut!!! it's a slight obsession I guess haha!!

Yeah it is usually fine. Its all healthy there its just that its a bigger risk to pregnant women. I'm staying away from it but I still crave it like crazy. I used to eat it everyday lol . Mmm bmt

hmm, well I guess that is scary.. and sort of disgusting lol, BUT I've had a few cold cut trios from subway & me & baby are okay!

the chances of getting listeria aren't HUGE unless their meat has been sitting out for way too long.. I'd even ask (I'm not ashamed) how long their meat has been sitting out.. it's not often they get asked that question so the truth usually comes out pretty quick lol

my OB said subway is fine.. she's had women literally eat cold meats from subway every single day & they were/are fine, my mama ate cold sandwiches all throughout her pregnancies with me & my brother, I mean the list goes on & on.. it's up to you, but I think it's fine. hotdogs are okay!! lol anytime I make a sandwich though, I DO heat the meat up.. like a hotdog! (((:

You are not supposed to eat cold hot dogs. They have to be heated to at least 140 degrees.
