need help from the expert

Hi, I am a 22 year-old boy and need the help from the expert, I had nocturnal emission several days ago (October 3rd ) and I woke up immediately then I wiped the semen with tissue, then I tossed the tissue with the semen into the toilet but I can’t remember whether I have flushed the toilet. I lived with my sister and her husband, my sister got pregnant ten days later, all of a sudden, I was so scared and worried what if she just used the toilet the other day when I tossed the tissue without flushed the toilet and the sperm splashed onto her vulva by accident and got pregnant in that scenario. I told my concerns to my sister and she told me she had sex with her husband on September 28th (her calculated ovulatory day) without any birth control as they plan to have a kid, and she believed that’s the only way she got pregnant. However, I am still very concerned and felt guilty, I have below questions:
1. Can the sperm be survival in the toilet water? How long it can be survived? Minutes or seconds?
2. What’s the chances of getting my sister pregnant in this scenario?

Thanks very much.

She got pregnant by her husband.  Sperm would not have survived the water in the toilet.  Women's vaginas do not suck up splashed toilet water.  Please leave your sister out of your sperm-power fantasies if you can.
