Enlarged kidney in fetus concern

I am 18w2d pregnant with a baby boy and today we went for our anatomy ultrasound. The doctor told us that one of the kidneys is a little enlarged and the artery doesn't look like the blood is flowing very good. He scheduled us for an echo in 3-4 wks. He told us not to be concerned and worst case scenario he will have surgery later and can live with one kidney. We are both very healthy and have little family history of anything. Anyone have any suggestions for a very concerned parent?
