How can my ex mother say that he loves his son but doesnt make an effort to go see him or spend time with him grrr and its ***** because number two in my tummy is his too grrrr
How can she say it? Well, she's his mother. She's thinking the best of her son, and it is probably true, after all one can love someone without going to the trouble of seeing him. But you have to decide what to accept. I'd be seeing a lawyer and getting ready to hit him with the double child support bill, and he can decide what he wants to do about visitation. (And if he backs out of visitation a lot, keep a journal.) I would certainly let him know he can't waltz in and out of fatherhood. Either in, or out (except of course, you will get child support whether he is in or out).
