I am so happy and excited to be a mom but I am so scared of the pain and I don't want to go threw an epidural and damage my back is there other alternative I know epidural is top notch but what are other options????
I reckon they can give you some pain meds that are strong, but I heard they don't last long. I'm nervous too.. I'm going to try to go natural but I'm a puddin with pain lol
