Idk what's Wrong but am I the only With Butt cheek pain ???? ... my butt cheeks r so I have to rub them everyday ... anybody else have the pains? ?
I have the same pain in my left butt cheek! It is my sciatic nerve! and it goes down my leg! Thanks for the stretching tip! ;)
That's your sciatic nerve. Mine on the right kills me, my husband showed me stretches for it. Sit on a chair,keep left foot flat on floor, put right foot/ankle on left knee, lean your upper body forward and you will feel the stretch in that area. Then do the same for other side.
