Baby Stuff

Ok, so I finally got the first baby items :)  Anyone other August mommies done any shopping?  I did mine on walmart.com and just did site-to-store so I didn't have to pay shipping.  I got:

bathtub
travel system (evenflo journey premier)
bouncer (Fisher Price Sensory Selections bouncer)
Swing (Fisher Price Power Plus)
an ear thermometer (which came in handy last night)
Homedics Sound Spa (has different sounds like heartbeat, rain, ocean, summers night-really relaxing)
bottle drying rack

Now the only things I need to get are

a bassinette- I want the Simplicity 3 -n 1 it goes from bassinetter to changing table to co sleeper, has a night light and a mobile with sounds and vibrations
a bottle sterilizer (I have no dishwasher, unless you count my 11 yo and I don't wanna have to boil everything)
bottle warmer-I want the one that can go in the bedroom...it chills 2 bottles and heats one
then some little misc items.

everything else I have left from my other kids

he was doing better during the day...still coughing but fever was lower...now it's starting to go back up again.  It was 102 a little bit ago...he started complaing that his forehead hurt, climbed in my lap and fell asleep.. I may take him to the hospital tonight if it keeps rising. Thanks for asking!!

Well you girls are fortunate that you're having baby showers.  I've never had one and won't be having one this time.  It's all on me.  I figured if I didn't go ahead and buy the big stuff with my tax return the money would end up gone.

i AM GOING TO WAIT UNTIL I KNOW THE SEX OF MY BABY THEN I WILL GET SOME THINGS BUT NOT TOO MUCH SINCE I AM GOING TO HAVE A BABY SHOWER

Wow, you sure got alot. I haven't got in anything let,lol I do have lots of thing from my son, so i dont need a hold lot. Plus my two sisters and my SIL just had babys last year and they are already trying to pass there things down to me. And I am planning on having a second baby shower, so I will prob. just wait. UNless I find out my having a girl, Oh man Im going to do some Shopping......Hope you have a great weekend!

hmmm.....i could do that. my mom wants me to wait to get anything major aside from furniture till after the shower. so then i don't have....well actually i do need doubles. HA. lol i probably should sit down with greg next weekend and make a list of stuff we need and can get now.

Most of what I got is non gender specific.  I don't know the sex yet either.  Just make a list of things you can get without knowing the sex and the things you will get after you know and start from there.

i don't even know what to get first! i want to get things that are their sex oriented...but i don't know what they are yet!!!!!!!
